All right, great!

I placed an order on Fascent on April 17. It still hasn't arrived. I asked for help. First emails: nothing. Silence. Another email: I got excuses like “we’re a small team” and “we’ll look into the logistics!” Silence again and no updates. I insisted, and now the answer is that it was delivered! Even though every step in the tracking shows something different!
I ordered, I paid, never received it, and all I got was “it was delivered,” with no proof!

I bought the perfume after trying the samples, and I wasn't disappointed. The fragrance smells wonderful and lasts a long time on the skin and clothes. However, it doesn’t have a strong sillage. You’ll smell it on yourself and so will people close to you; but unless you layer it with something else, you won’t get that effect where your perfume draws attention when you walk into a room. The scent is lovely, long-lasting, but remains fairly subtle.

I had a good experience buying Milky No Way, so I decided to buy Sel à vie after smelling a sample. I also picked one up for a friend who loved it. Unfortunately, when I received it, the product didn’t smell the same—a few similar notes, but a slightly cheap-smelling fragrance, with the sunny notes almost absent and a slightly plastic-like scent. I contacted customer service, who told me that variations are normal depending on the batch. No offer of an exchange or refund was made, as I had already sprayed the perfume. In short, a double disappointment for me and my friend. It’s a real shame because we went from genuine enthusiasm to massive disappointment. In short, perfumes that smell great in theory, but customer service that unfortunately clearly prioritizes cost-cutting or convenience over customer satisfaction and loyalty...
