Poor customer service

I bought this perfume after purchasing the discovery set. The day after I placed my order, I noticed there was a mistake with my discovery set—I had received a duplicate bottle of Milky No Way inside the I Fig You box, which meant I had actually ordered a perfume I’d never even tried before.
I emailed customer service, and they told me there was nothing they could do.
Now I’m stuck with a perfume that I don’t like, and customer service has stopped responding to my emails.
I don’t recommend this; I won’t buy from them again.

Great fragrance! I’ve received so many compliments while wearing it. The customer service at Fascent is fantastic, too. When DPD lost my package, their team responded quickly, kept me informed, and worked closely with me to resolve the issue. Excellent product and outstanding service!

I really liked the perfume. It arrived very quickly. The bottle is beautiful, and the scent is green and aromatic with a hint of fig. As it settles, it evolves into a fresh, creamy, musky scent that smells very elegant. On my skin, it lasted more than five hours.
